Ordering your favorite freshly baked treats is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

2. Review & Fees: Once submitted, your order goes straight to the baking kitchen. Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated based on your location ($2 for Pocahontas and Bradgate, or $3 for Manson and Laurens—and FREE if your order is over $20!).
3. Final Invoice: As soon as your order is accepted, a final invoice will be sent directly to your phone or email.
4. Payment & Delivery: Fresh baking and neighborhood deliveries happen every Thursday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Enjoy your oven-fresh goodness and pay via Cash, Venmo, or PayPal upon receipt!
How and when do I pay for my order?
Payment ahead of time via Venmo or PayPal is highly preferred to secure a spot on the weekly baking schedule!
Once your order is confirmed, a final invoice total will be sent via text or chat. For anyone in the community who prefers to pay with cash, payment upon delivery is gladly accepted.
Prepaying via Venmo or PayPal also makes a completely contactless porch drop-off incredibly easy, allowing your fresh treats to be left safely right at your door!
Where exactly do you deliver?
Free delivery is available straight to your door within a 5-mile radius around Rolfe!
All neighborhood delivery routes happen exclusively on Thursdays between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Rates are based on location and drop away on larger orders:
• Bradgate & Pocahontas area: $2 delivery fee (FREE on orders over $20!)
• Laurens & Manson area: $3 delivery fee (FREE on orders over $20!)
How long will my cookies stay perfectly soft?
Honestly, these treats are best enjoyed straight out of the bag!
Because everything is handcrafted and baked fresh for Thursday's delivery day, cookies are at peak softness upon arrival. Treats are never pre-frozen or left sitting around for days.
If the whole sleeve isn't enjoyed right away, simply keep them sealed tightly in their packaging on the counter to lock in that soft texture.
Enjoyment Tip: For that warm, gooey, straight-from-the-oven experience a few days later, simply pop a cookie in the microwave for about 5 seconds!
What is the best way to store my sweet bread?
Freshness & Storage Tips:
• On the Counter: Keep the bread wrapped tightly in its packaging right on the counter to enjoy room-temperature slices for the first few days.
• In the Fridge: For longer-lasting freshness, storing the bread tightly wrapped in the refrigerator keeps it beautifully moist and fresh for up to a week.
• To Save for Later: This bread freezes beautifully! Simply slice it up, wrap the pieces tightly, and place them in the freezer to thaw or microwave a slice whenever a sweet craving hits.
Are your treats baked fresh?
Absolutely! Everything is handcrafted entirely from scratch in small batches. Treats are never frozen and never sit on a shelf.
Every cookie, mini loaf, and sweet bread is pulled fresh from the oven within the Thursday baking window, packaged carefully, and delivered straight to your doorstep that late afternoon or evening.
It is the ultimate oven-to-table eating experience, baked fresh just for you.
How do your weekly rotating flavors work?
To keep things exciting and delicious, the menu changes every single week! Here is what to expect when ordering:
• The Constant Classic: Freshly baked banana bread is always available on the menu every single week.
• The Weekly Twist: One rotating specialty bread flavor and a brand-new selection of fun, exciting cookie flavors launch every Saturday when the new ordering window opens!
Be sure to check back every weekend to see "What’s Baking Next" before placing an order by Wednesday evening!
How will I receive updates about my order?
You will receive automated text updates directly from Bakesy regarding your order status, confirmation receipts, and cancellations. Please note that these automated messages come from a system number rather than a personal phone line.
