This is year 4 of ordering my son's birthday cake. I keep on coming back because Karen's cake are as beautiful as they are tasty. Year after year, cake after cake, Karen translates inspo picture into the perfect tasty confection. If you are thinking about ordering a cake, just do it.

Karen, I just had to let you know how much I appreciate you and your incredible work. Your cake not only looked absolutely stunning — it tasted magnificent! The colors, decorations, and overall design were divine, and everyone couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous and tasteful it was. You were so kind and accommodating, even bringing the cake down to me since I didn’t have parking. That thoughtful gesture meant so much, and it truly reflects your generosity and care. Thank you for creating something so beautiful and delicious — it made the celebration all the more special.

Ordered a nut free pavlova for my birthday and Karen did not disappoint! She communicated clearly about pricing and flavors. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship on my cake and so glad that she kindly set aside the extra fruit in a box that I got to share with my baby!

I ordered my baby’s first birthday cake from this amazing mama, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Arlo has a dairy allergy, so I needed a cake that was dairy-free and low in sugar — and she absolutely delivered. She used only natural sweeteners like banana and maple syrup, and yet the cake was incredibly delicious. It was the perfect balance: flavorful, moist, and not overly sweet. So many of our guests commented on how good it was — and not just how good it tasted, but also how beautiful it looked! The cake was simple and elegant, all white and absolutely gorgeous. What I loved most is that people kept coming back for seconds (and thirds!). It was a hit with both adults and kids. I’m still getting messages from guests telling me how much they loved it.

Ordered a Valentines Cake on special request that looks like a Velvet Heart shaped box. It was a work of art, the cake has the look of satin. We requested a brownie cake and it was the perfect chocolate brownie cake, so moist and delicious. The red ganache was delicious, made with butter creme. This is a really superior cake!!!

I ordered a customized cake for my husband’s 40th birthday party. The design featured a champagne bottle popping with golden bubbles, along with a golden "40" topper. Karen brought the vision to life, and the cake turned out beautifully! All of our guests enjoyed indulging in the chocolate cake with Nutella buttercream.

Understood the vision I had and had great communication. The final product was fantastic and had everything I needed! Highly recommend supporting Karen with your business.

Karen made a truly AMAZING cake for my son’s birthday. Our theme was Hot Wheels and with a photo for inspiration, she was able to perfectly recreate a cake with a tunnel. We added a Hot Wheels track through the tunnel and he was the happiest 4 yo ever when he could actually race a car through his cake! All of our guests commented how delicious it was, too. Thank you, Karen!!!

Just Add Kare really lives up to its name! Karen sprinkled kare throughout the entire process. From being very responsive and super helpful with any questions I had to all the little details incorporated into my son's cake. Each sprinkle seemed to have been karefully placed. Such a beautiful cake and even more delicious! Thank you Karen!

Will definitely order from Karen again, it was such a pleasure to work with her! Very friendly and responsive from start to finish and made many wonderful suggestions to help me finalize my vision for the cake and cookies. Pick-up was a breeze and everything was packaged so well. My whole family loved the cake, there were no leftovers (this was the ultimate compliment) and the cookies were the perfect party favor! Thank you for making our daughter’s 1st birthday such a memorable one!

I ordered a cake that resembled a ketchup bottle spilling onto it because my brother loves ketchup. The result was amazing, as the bottle looked like it was in the air! The cake itself was a strawberry buttercream outside and whipped cream and strawberries filling. It was moist, fresh, light, not too sweet, everything was perfect and professional!

We ordered a vanilla cake with mango curd for my mother’s big 80th birthday party. We showed a picture of an ombre rosette 2-tiered cake and the cake looked amazing!! Loved the little gold pearls in the center of the roses. The attention to detail made the cake even more stunning than the picture. Everyone at the party was so impressed and commented how beautiful the cake was.it was delicious and moist. The mango curd was a hit since not many bakers make that. A special thank you to Karen for making this work of art!

Thank you for making such an elegant and delicious cake, along with the adorable topper! This was my first time ordering a custom cake and it was so worth it! Had a lot of older guests and they appreciated the different Asian flavors and that the cakes were not too sweet!

Karen was easy to communicate with and helped me design an adorable strawberry themed smash cake for my baby’s first birthday party. It looked beautiful, matched the party decor perfectly, and tasted great, too. Everyone loved it, especially the birthday girl!

Wow! Let me start by saying the best customer service. Cake was delicious and not as sweet as most cakes. My daughter wanted a stitch cake a certain way, and I must say Karen made the cake look better than the one I sent her... Karen thank you so much for all your beautiful hard work.

My overall experience with Karen was awesome! She’s so nice and quick to responding to any questions or comments I had. I sent her two pictures of the cake I wanted; green tea cream cake with strawberry filling inside and toppings. The cake tasted really good, very matcha, a little dense but it’s still good overall.

Wow is all I have to say! I ordered Karen’s Choux au Craquelin for my coworkers for Valentine’s Day and they absolutely loved them, as did I. I ordered the chocolate ones and the cream inside was so fluffy, smooth and delicious! I will definitely be ordering some more soon and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into one again.

Karen was great! She responded quickly and her order form is very clear to provide your requests. Very good communication and easy to order. Her prices are decent as well. Her design for our cake request was amazing!
