About me: Hi! I’m Jessica! The hands and passion behind JSW Sweets! I started baking in the kitchen with my mom, then aunt, then Grandmother in their kitchens. Over the years others saw I had a passion and talent in baking. Meanwhile I was in TOTAL denial while teaching Early Childhood for about 10 years. Around 2019 I started to turn this passion into profit as a side business while still teaching. After moving in 2021, I did a career pivot and entered into the commercial kitchens doing different jobs as a baker. Starting with baking cakes & cupcakes, then cake (and cupcake with dessert) decorating, then mochi donut baking in DC. Now I’m ready to go solo and start this new adventure that only God has been gradually downloading the blueprint to.

My husband of almost 13 years, and our 10 year old pup, just moved to our (new to us) old home in Sykesville! Right now it’s just us.

Oh! Before I forget! We are also in the (very long) process of adopting! If you feel called to, any additional funds contributed, including tips will be going to our adoption fund! We will also have a separate fund if you would like to directly donate to if you feel called to do so.

I cannot wait to meet and bake for you! It truly is a joy to bake for others!

🧁 $2.50 basic / $12 set of four/ $15 half dozen / $30 dozen

*can customize your cupcakes, I LOVE adding fillings! The fancier and prettier they are, the more delicious they are!

🍰 starting prices- 6” $45 | 8” $65 | 10” $75 | 12” $85

*build your cake: pick out the cake size, flavor, filling (optional), buttercream or frosting, colors, details, and any inscriptions (on the cake or board), and any toppers

*price increase will depend on fillings, details (piping, florals, etc.), use of fondant or modeling chocolate, and other additions that make it sparkle and shine!

ORDERING

*At least 50% of payment is expected prior to order date

*Ideal 2 weeks order ahead, maximum notice is 48 hours to order OR cancel order. This applies mostly to cake and large orders.

*smaller orders can be up to 24-48 hours prior to time of service

DELIVERY & SETUP FEES

* Meet up on scheduled days & locations around Carroll, Howard & Frederick County- FREE

* Delivery or meet- $10 to $30 depending on distance

* Deliver and setup for special events- $50 flat fee

* Additional fee for outside of 15 mile radius to Sykesville, MD- $5 per every 5 miles (i.e. delivery 30 miles away = $30 + $15 additional miles = $45 delivery fee
