Orders are available for collection every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. 3. What is the cut-off time for orders? Please place your orders by the following cut-off days: Tuesday collection → Sunday Thursday collection → Tuesday Saturday collection → Thursday Ordering early is recommended, as slots may fill up before the cut-off. 🤍 4. Where can I collect my order? Collection is available from Milldale and Ellerslie. Collection details will be provided with your order confirmation. 5. Do you offer delivery? Delivery may be available for bulk orders of 10 packs or more. Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and delivery arrangements. 6. How do I pay for my order? Payment is via bank transfer. Your order is secured once payment has been received. 7. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. As our products are freshly prepared for each order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has started. 8. Do your products contain allergens? Yes. Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy and nuts. Please let us know about any allergies before ordering. 9. How should I store my baked goodies? Storage instructions may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the label on your order for the best-before date and storage instructions. 10. Do you accept bulk or special orders? Yes! 🤍 For bulk orders, celebrations, events or special requests, please send us a message and we’ll let you know what we can accommodate. 11. Are all products available every collection day? Not necessarily. Some of our treats are available only on selected baking days. Please check the product availability when placing your order. 12. Can I order after the cut-off? You’re welcome to ask! We may be able to accommodate late orders depending on our baking schedule and available slots, but we can’t guarantee availability.
