Is the date you need blocked off but the day before isn't? Feel free to order a goodie a day or 2 before needing it
Recommended times are as follows:
Cakes and cookie cakes are good up to 4 days
Cookies are good up to 7 days in an air tight container.
Cakes and cookies are good for several months when stored in an air tight container and in the freezer.

Terms And Conditions
📅 Availability & Notice I am CLOSED Mondays & Tuesdays. Minimum 1 week’s notice is required for all cake orders. If you need a cake on a day I’m unavailable, you're welcome to schedule an earlier pickup. Cakes stay fresh up to 3 days uncut. --- ⚠️ Allergies Please let me know ahead of time if you have any allergies or dietary concerns. --- ⏰ Pickups, Late Fees & No-Shows Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM I’ll send pickup instructions the day before your scheduled pickup. I’m located near Annville in Corpus Christi. For deliveries, please provide your address so I can calculate the fee. 🏃♀️Late Policy: There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes. 🤷♀️No-Shows: If you don’t pick up your order, it will be held for 2 days. After that, it will be forfeited with no refund. --- 🚗 Transporting Your Goodies Once your goodies are picked up or delivered, Jordie’s Goodies is no longer liable for damages. Please follow these instructions: Place cakes on a flat surface (floor of vehicle—not on the seat and not held by a person). Keep the A/C on, especially in hot weather. Refrigerate cakes (unless otherwise noted). > Note: Cookie cakes should be kept at room temp to avoid drying out. Take cake out 30–60 minutes before serving. Keep cakes out of direct sunlight. --- 💵 Refund Policy I do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel or reschedule, any amount paid can be credited toward a future date.
