Policy
Order Placement:
To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon confirmation.
Payment methods accepted:
Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
Balance due upon delivery or pickup.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled delivery/pickup date will be eligible for a partial refund of 50%.
Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Changes:
Changes to the order (e.g. flavors, design) can be made 5 days prior to the delivery/pickup date, subject to approval.
Delivery/Pickup:
Delivery is available within the Anaheim, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda and Brea area for an additional $10. Anything outside of these areas will be an extra $5-10 within Orange County. If you are in the LA area, you will be charged $1.00 per mile one way.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
Pickup is available at home location during specified hours (M-F 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 9 pm)

I strive to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 48 hours or receipt, and we will address your concerns.
Dietary or Allergen Restrictions:
Please inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While I do take precautions to prevent any cross contamination, I cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Shelf Life:
The products are best enjoyed fresh. I recommend consumption within 2-3 days of receipt and proper storage in a cool, dry place.
