Cancellation Policy: Orders can and will be cancelled if payment is not paid in full 48 hours of receiving invoice. Order can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to pickup up date for a full refund. Event packages can be cancelled up to 1 week prior to pickup date for a full refund. Orders CANNOT be refunded if it is cancelled 3 days or less prior to pickup date. Order is subject to CANCELLATION with NO REFUND if you fail to communicate tardiness or no show.

Chocolate covered items are fresh up to 1 month in an airtight container! Store in a cool dry area away from moisture! Dry food items are prepared 1 week to day of pickup date!

Strawberrys are prepared the same day as pickup/delivery. Strawberry’s are best enjoyed at room temperature the day of preparation. Store in cool dry place away from direct sun and moisture. If needed store in refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best results to prevent sweating use two paper towels in the bottom of a container with a lid, place one paper towel down then sprinkle baking soda on the bottom layer, place other paper towel on top, place strawberrys, parchment paper & place lid on but not completely. This has been the best way for me to prevent sweating! Strawberrys may sweat in refrigerator & chocolate may discolor but the taste will remain the same!
