How do I warm my loaf?
To re-fresh your loaf and to get the crust crispy again, spritz with water or run under faucet briefly. Then warm in preheated oven at 375° for about 10 minutes. To heat just a slice, warm in the toaster!
Can I freeze my bread?
Yes! Wrap whole loaves in a large ziploc. Thaw at room temp before refreshing in oven. Spritz with water and warm in preheated oven at 375° for 10-15 minutes.
Alternatively, slice before freezing. Separate slices with parchment paper. Frozen slices may be warmed in the toaster straight from the freezer!
