A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is mandatory to reserve a date. Full payment is also required for orders under $100.00. It is essential to receive a deposit to confirm a date. Additionally, orders placed less than one weeks prior to the event date must be paid in full.
Q: Do you offer Vegan or Gluten Free products?
Currently, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free products. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies prior to placing an order.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
To secure your order, please note that cakes require a minimum of 2-4 weeks' advance notice. For all other desserts, we advise ordering at least a week before the event date. In some cases, last-minute orders may be possible; however, a rush fee will apply to orders placed within 5 days to 1 week of the event date.
Q: Do you deliver?
We determine delivery based on location, distance, availability, and time, with additional fees applied as necessary.
