1. Ordering Policy

• All custom orders must be placed at least 7-10 days in advance.

• Large or event orders require 2–3 weeks’ notice, depending on availability.

2. Payment Policy

• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. No hold without payment

• All sales are final. No Refund

3. Pickup & Delivery

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickups.

• Local delivery is available for an additional fee (based on distance). Must be arranged in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled in 48 hours

• In the rare event that JK Sweetz must cancel, you will receive a full refund or reschedule.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

• Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.

• While we offer nut-free options, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

6. Designs & Photos

• Inspiration photos are welcome, but JK Sweetz does not replicate exact designs.

• Final designs are based on our signature luxury style and your custom requests.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Please double-check the order details, dates, and pickup times before confirming.

• Once the product leaves our care, we are not responsible for any damages.
