This cookie has everything you love about a traditional s’more with a tasty cookie baked right in! I start with a whole graham cracker square, and layer on the semisweet chocolate chip cookie dough with mini marshmallows mixed throughout to give a nice consistent marshmallow texture. Finished with a giant toasted marshmallow and a hearty chocolate square… this gives all the campfire vibes without the fuss.

For a fun twist, you can request stuffing a Reese’s peanut butter cup or a Snickers bar in the center!
