Hi, I’m Jenni! The heart and hands behind Jenni’s Cakes. My love for baking began when my daughter was turning 1 years old. What started as a simple celebration quickly turned into a passion for creating beautiful, custom cakes that make every moment extra special.
Over time, what began in my kitchen has grown into a small business filled with creativity, love, and a sprinkle of sweetness in every design. Each cake I make is crafted with care — from the flavor to the final detail — because I believe every celebration deserves something made with love.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
If you cancel your order:
• More than 7 days before the event: The deposit remains nonrefundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of the event: All payments are nonrefundable because ingredients, supplies, decorations, and preparation may have already begun.
• After work has started: No refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before the event. Date changes are subject to availability and may require an additional fee if new supplies or decorations are needed. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new available date within six months.
Orders that are not picked up at the agreed-upon time are not eligible for a refund. Jenni’s Cakes is not responsible for cakes or treats once they have been picked up or delivered.
If Jenni’s Cakes must cancel your order due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, all payments will be fully refunded.
