I was in a time crunch and needed a custom cake with less than 24 hours’ notice, and she completely exceeded my expectations. Not only was the cake beautifully done, but the delivery was seamless and right on time. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. Jena went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her quick turnaround time was truly impressive. I ordered a replica of an orange ganache frosted double layer cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was special to him from his hometown. The cake was beautiful first of all, great communication and delivery, but most of all the flavor was amazing!!! I will definitely order again!

I have seen several post about Jena’s Flour shop Bakery. I followed her, liked, share and tagged several people. She had a contest going and my name was pulled. I order a Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling and butter cream icing. It was a 2 layer 8 inch cake. It was decorated beautifully and tasted awesome. I give her 5 stars on this cake, I would really give her a 10. If anyone needs a cake for anything occasion I highly recommend this lady. She is in Ennis. Thank you Jena for the beautiful cake.
