About
I am a full-time working business professional, wife, and mother of 3 that loves the creative outlet baking gives me. My favorite childhood memory is baking Christmas cookies with my mom and grandma. In late 2023, I created JEM Bakehouse, a cottage bakery named to remind me of the three generations of bakers in my family - my mom (J - Janet), me (E - Errin), and my grandma (M - Mary).

Policies
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due within 48 hours of booking. Payment includes 50% non-refundable retainer to hold a spot on my calendar, research and design your custom order, and purchase supplies and ingredients. If the total is not paid in full by the deadline on the invoice, your order will be canceled.
Payment is accepted via zelle, venmo, cash, or as otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Cancellations made 14 days or less from the date the order is to be picked up are not subject to refunds or credits of any kind as work on your order has already been started by this time.
Pickup
Pick up is at 1798 Zuber Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
