DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. This is in place to hold your spot on my schedule, cover my time researching and purchasing ingredients/special cookie cutters. Full payment is due 1 week prior to the pickup date for your order. One reminder will be sent via email, Facebook messenger, or text message. ORDER PICKUP & CANCELLATIONS: Pickup date and time will be agreed upon prior to day of pickup and are fixed. Being late and/or not showing up to pickup your order will result in the pickup date being moved to the following business day at a time that is best convenient for the baker. Completed orders will only be held for 48 hours, after this time has passed your order will be donated/disposed of with no option for refund/credit. Cancellations made 72 hours or less from due date are not subject to any credits or refunds as your order has been physically started by this time. CARE & HANDLING: I am not responsible for damage to baked goods after pickup/shipping unless by the fault of my own negligence. All shipped cookies are individually packaged in their own bubble package. Clients have 24 hours from time of pickup/delivery to file a complaint for us to review. Photographic proof of damage required and is subject to bakers discretion before any refund or bakery credit can be issued. DESIGN VARIATIONS: While I appreciate inspirational photos and color requests that are provided by the client, the final product may be subject to slight variations (my own spin as mentioned before) as I will never claim to be able to reproduce someone else’s work 100%. Be aware light can cause colors to look different. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to slight color differences under natural, fluorescent, low light, etc. MARKETING: We respect the privacy of all our customers. We will not disclose the identity of clients without permission. We do however reserve the right to all photos and videos of baked goods to use on our social media platforms and for other marketing materials. **Please note - I do NOT send pictures of custom sugar cookies prior to pickup. I like for you to have a surprise when you open your bakery boxes.** ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the client to notify me if someone in your party has a food allergy. We can try to bake items to accommodate allergies, but being a home bakery we CANNOT guarantee cross contamination will not occur. However, our kitchen is ServSafe Certified (Manager Certification). We utilize a kitchen that houses many types of ingredients including but not limited to all 8 of the major allergens; dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy.
