A classic Sourdough Boule, a soft chewy center and crunchy caramelized crust, along with the perfect amount of Sourdough tang. Each Boule is about 800 grams and 100% handmade, so there will be slight visual differences, however, I aim to be ultra consistent in the flavor and overall size. Sourdough has been a part of my life since I can remember. My Dad always had a jar of Starter in the fridge and would use it to make bread, pancakes, and whatever else his mind could come up with. Baking is a passion of his and lucky for you, he’s shared that with me over the last few years. So here I am, trying to continue to spread the love of Sourdough with my friends and family!
