How much time in advance do I need to place an order ?
Customized event orders have to be placed 4 weeks in advance no less than 2 or a rush fee will occur.
Regular orders require a 3-5 day notice.
Do you ship?
Yes. We are now shipping select products to ALL 50 states!
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time the invoice is sent. Invoice payments not made in a timely manner will be cancelled. Most of our products require a retainer fee of 50% while others require FULL payment.
Remaining payments are due ONE WEEK before the event date or the order will be cancelled, NO exceptions! There are no refunds on retainer fees.
Do you deliver ?
Yes we deliver. Delivery will be based on mileage. Starting at $1.00 per mile
