Ordering And Pick Up Policies
📦 ORDERING & LOCAL PICKUP POLICIES 📦 Please read our shop policies carefully before finalizing your order request! ⏰ ORDERING DEADLINES: • Because our 4 oz cookies are baked completely fresh to order, all order requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your requested pickup window. • Once we accept your order request, your payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your spot on our baking calendar. Unpaid requests will be canceled. 🚗 LOCAL PICKUP RULES: • Location: Orange Park Fl/ Oakleaf Plantation. Forest Hammock neighborhood. Pick up location #2, Merrill Rd @ K Fields Hair Studio • Pickup: You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. 🏡 COTTAGE FOOD COMPLIANCE: All products are homemade and baked in a kitchen that handles common allergens (wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts). We operate strictly under local Cottage Food regulations.
Flexible PickUp Policy
Because we balance multiple businesses, we do not use rigid pickup slots. Once your order request is approved and paid for, we will text you directly at the number provided to coordinate a pick up time convenient for both parties.♥️
