Policy, Procedures, & Refunds • Business hours are Tuesday- Saturday 8am-7pm •TRANSACTION FEES: Cash App: $2 Venmo: $3.00 Square: $4.00 • If your order is $50 & under full payment is due. If your payment is over $50, 50% of payment is due. •Customer has 24hours to pick up order for guarantee freshness. • Any changes to your order or service date must be done 48 hours before your service date or there will be a $25 convenience fee. •Please book 5 days in advance to avoid $35 rush order fee. • If booking is less than 5 days away from service date; your full payment is due when ordering • All deposits and payments are non refundable. •PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash App, Venmo, Square, and Apple Pay ONLY! No Cash ! •Full payment is due for all sale item(s) • Your order isn’t placed unless deposit or full payment is received same day. • Your order will be cancelled with 24 hours of payment isn’t received or no response from customer. •All remaining balances are due BEFORE pickup/delivery. You will NOT receive your order if remaining payment hasn’t been received. • Once you receive your cake/cupcakes place them on a flat surface. Preferably the floor board to avoid damaged to the cake.(Cake Care Instructions will be provided) • Please do not leave the cake/cupcakes in the car or hot weather conditions. • Any damages done to cake once delivery is successful is not owners fault. •Saturday orders must be picked up no later than 4pm. ✨ Faux Cake Rental Policy ✨ • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking • The deposit will be fully refunded once the faux cake is returned in great condition • No damage, stains, alterations, or missing pieces may be present • Any damage may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit Cake Toppers • Please book cake toppers 3 days in advance to avoid $10 rush fee.
