🧁In order to hold a date, a 50 % non- refundable retainer fee is required, the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event or the order will be canceled. Orders that are placed within 10 days of the delivery date MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL during order placement and a rush will be applied. All orders under $100 and all holiday orders MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL DURING ORDER PLACEMENT. ALL ITEMS BEING SHIPPED MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL DURING ORDER PLACEMENT.

🧁Please keep in mind that all orders are customized and may NOT look exactly like a previous order or picture submitted.

🧁All orders are posted via social media and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. We also reserve the right to use any Cake photos posted on social media by you, guests or professional photographers.

🧁NO REFUNDS.

🧁All orders that are unpaid will be canceled. Any orders canceled within the week of delivery date will not be acknowledged and all monies will be forfeited.

🧁Jazzy Cakes Cupcakery is not responsible for any damage to the products after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below. Cakes should be kept refrigerated if event startup is more than 30 minutes after setup.

🧁If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Jazzy Cakes Cupcakery’s possession.

🧁All tiered cakes have inedible, plastic dowels inside

to support the height, the structure, and the weight of the cake. PLEASE DO NOT smash cakes in others faces as we are not responsible for any injuries.

🧁Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions if notification of food allergies is not given.

If you are ordering libation infused desserts you must be 21 years or older. You must provide State ID proving your legal drinking age.
