Jaznilla’s Treats Order Policy

Custom orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance.

Large or bulk orders require at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Rush orders are accepted based on availability and will include an additional fee:

• 72-hour notice: $35 rush fee

• 48-hour notice: $45 rush fee

• 24-hour notice: $60 rush fee

Please note: Rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability.

Pick-up options are available, and delivery is offered for a $15 fee.

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and materials. Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance may transfer the deposit to a future order. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

I, Jaznilla's Treats LLC, reserve the right to have creative freedom while making your order. I am recreating your inspiration pictures that are uploaded. I can recreate, but I DO NOT duplicate other artists work! I also do NOT work with fondant.
