Alisa’s pancake cart is a super cute addition to any party and tastes even better than it looks! All the loaves look delicious but my favorite has to be the lemon blueberry, sooooo goood 10000/10

Had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience with JAX Kitchen! I met Alisa at a mutual friend’s social gathering and she was so nice, professional, and pleasant to talk to! I booked JAX Kitchen for a jewelry party I had hosted for my girlfriends and they all loved it! Alisa was so accommodating and the food was so so delicious. I would give this 1000 stars if I could. Definitely recommend!!

Went to a baby shower where they served pancake bites, I almost cried they were so good! The little girls that helped their mom were so sweet, having a family owned cart making treats and having fun conversations is really what spring time in Long Island is about! We also tried some of their cakes which were simply perfect! I can’t recommend Jax enough, they were absolutely perfect for a spring time event, I will 100% be using them for my parties in the future where I know friends and family will also get to enjoy their great tastes!

i had Jax Kitchen come to my brunch baby shower and it was a huge hit! everyone raves about the pancake flights. the pancakes were so tasty and the topping options were amazing and unique! i also had two loaves made by Alisa, the blueberry lemon and the strawberry - im literally obsessed with the blueberry lemon. i’ve had it twice now and i could eat the whole loaf to myself!!!

If you’re looking for quality home baked goods, Jax’s kitchen is the place! From her specialty loafs to her pancake flights, everything is absolutely delicious and well worth the price! Definitely look into placing some orders or booking her for your next event!
