At Jana's Cakes and Bakes, every cake and dessert is handcrafted in my licensed Alabama home bakery using quality ingredients and lots of care. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, baby shower, anniversary, or simply treating your family, I'd be honored to create something special for your occasion.

My goal is to make ordering as simple and stress-free as possible. Please browse my offerings, and if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, feel free to submit a custom order request.

Custom cakes should be ordered as early as possible. Popular weekends fill quickly. • Orders are accepted based on availability. • Your order is not confirmed until your invoice and required payment/deposit have been received. • Inspiration photos are always welcome! While I don't duplicate another baker's work exactly, I'll create a custom design inspired by the style you love. • If you have any questions, please submit an inquiry through this website for the fastest response.

Pickup is by scheduled appointment only in Satsuma, Alabama.

Once your order is complete, we'll arrange a pickup time that's convenient for you.

Most orders will be placed in the refrigerated pickup cooler on my front porch for a quick and convenient pickup.

If your order is too large to fit in the cooler, or if the cooler is full due to multiple scheduled pickups, I'll let you know in advance. Otherwise, you can expect your order to be in the refrigerated pickup cooler on my front porch at your scheduled pickup time.

My goal is to make pickup as easy and convenient as possible while ensuring your order stays fresh until you arrive.

These are the hours I'm available to respond to messages, calls, and process orders.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Scheduled Pickup Hours

Scheduled pickups are available until 8:00 PM. If you need a later pickup, just let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate when possible.

Most orders will be placed in the mini fridge on my front porch for your convenience. If your order is too large or the cooler is full, I'll let you know that pickup will be at the bakery side door.

Custom orders require at least 2 weeks' notice and are accepted based on availability. During holidays and other busy seasons, additional notice may be required. If you're looking for something on shorter notice, please don't hesitate to ask—I will always do my best to accommodate your request if my schedule allows.

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability. A $25 rush fee may be added depending on the amount of work and schedule adjustments required to accommodate your order.

*I accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.

*Credit card payments are available upon request and include a 3% processing fee.

*Alabama sales tax (10%) is added to all orders.

*Invoices should be paid within 24 hours of receipt unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

*Orders scheduled more than 7 days in advance require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your scheduled pickup.

*Orders placed within 7 days of pickup require payment in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request; however, changes are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the type of change requested, product availability, and where your order is in the production schedule.

Allergen Notice: My products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Alabama Department of Public Health and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

I am happy to offer a selection of gluten-free baked goods upon request. While gluten-free items are prepared using a separate inventory of gluten-free ingredients, and all equipment and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before preparation, Jana's Cakes and Bakes is not a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Because wheat products are prepared in the same home kitchen, I cannot guarantee that gluten-free items are completely free from cross-contact.
