I am a self-taught baker who attended the Culinary Institute of Arts to enhance my skills. I specialize in luxury custom cakes and cupcakes for all occasions. Orders & Payment •A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. •Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • If your order isn’t placed within 2 WEEKS prior to your requested date a $25 fee will be applied!!! •The remaining balance is due at pickup. 2. Cancellations & Refunds •Deposits are non-refundable. •If you cancel your order 4 or more days before the agreed time and date, your deposit may be applied to a future order (must be used within 6 months). 3. Pickup & Delivery •Once a cake is picked up, Janae’s Sweet Tooth Studios is not responsible for any damage that may occur. Please follow all steps on your “Cake Care”card to ensure the best quality. 4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions •We take pride in crafting delicious custom cakes using high-quality ingredients. Please note that our bakery does not offer items specifically designed to accommodate dietary restrictions. Additionally, our facility uses common allergens, such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have any concerns about allergens, please contact us directly for more information. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from trace allergens. 5. Design •We love Inspo photos. While we use them as inspiration, and to get a feel of your vision, our version will not look exactly the same. Each cake is crafted with care and will vary slightly from the photos provided. 6. Marketing •Janaes Sweet Tooth Studios reserves the right to photograph all cakes for marketing and promotional purposes, even if a specific design has been made for a private event. If you do not wish your cake to be photographed, please inform us at the time of ordering. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please notify us within 12 hours of pickup so we can address your concerns.
