Policy # 1.
I need a MINIMUM OF 10 DAYS notice for any order. This includes your item's flavor and other details. Should there be a last-minute or short notice change or add-on to the existing order, there will be a $10 short notice fee added per item
Policy #2.
If we were communicating about your order and details and there was a sudden "ghosting" before your order was confirmed and there was no deposit made. THERE IS NO ORDER IN PLACE MEANING I WILL NOT BE MAKING YOUR ODER. PERIOD. NO SAME DAY ORDERS I WILL STILL REQUIRE A 10 DAY MIMUMUN TO PREPARE. I do not believe that money is more important over taking my time on any order no matter how big or small. I take a lot of thought and a lot of time into each order, and I will not rush and sell a rushed service!!!
Policy #3.
Should you really really need your item that day and I have most of what I need on hand and it's a manageable order I will consider an order if it is within 1 DAY notice for a rush fee of $30 ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL
My time and family time is valuable to me. My full time job requires 50 hours a week and being a single mom; I understand things come up. However, I can not plan an efficient work and life balance with a toddler throwing last-minute orders. The day notice will allow me some time to coordinate orders supply and time to prep.

Policy #4:.
I will require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of placing your order. No deposit NO ORDER. The remaining balance can be paid any time before or at the time of pick up. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I TURN OVER AN ORDER WITHOUT RECIEVING PAYMENT IN FULL.
❗️❗️**If the 50%NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is made and you don't show up when your order is ready or don't reply once you're notified, your order is ready. I will hold your order for 6 HOURS. AFTER 6 HOURS HAVE PASSED AND NO ANSWER YOUR ORDER IS UP FOR GRABS FOR SALE. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.❗️❗️
Policy #5
Should you pay through zelle or cash app and then after receiving your order, you CANCELL your payment. I will be adding an additional $30 "Return fund fee".
This is fraud, and I will pursue legal action through court.
*I should not have to chase you down to collect my payment for a service I delivered. It's dishonest and just wrong.
Policy #6.
Deliveries - I will charge a delivery fee BASED ON MILAGE. ON $0.75/PER MILE ROUND TRIP

❗️Order CONTAINING WINE❗️
TO ENSURE I am not providing underage individuals with alcohol I will be requiring you to provide the alcohol and we can meet somewhere within the 5 day period of your order to ensure i have the wine for your order.. For my own liability, it's a risk I can not take.
* I have not had a problem with this, but this is just out of precaution to prevent something from happening.
