I tried a few sourdough varieties and they were all so good in different ways. The classic sourdough had that signature tangy flavor with a really crunchy crust and soft, chewy inside. It’s the kind of bread that tastes amazing just toasted with butter. The cinnamon raisin sourdough felt like the perfect breakfast loaf. The sweetness from the raisins and the warm cinnamon flavor balance really well with the slight sourness of the bread. Toasted, it almost feels like a comforting treat with coffee in the morning. The everything seasoning sourdough was easily the most savory option. The mix of garlic, onion, sesame, and poppy seeds adds so much flavor to the crust, and it makes an amazing base for sandwiches or avocado toast. Honestly, sourdough is one of those breads that just never gets boring. Sweet or savory, every version has its own vibe and they’re all worth trying!!!

I’m writing this as a formal warning. We’ve been seeing Jackie every week for our sourdough fix, and at this point, I’m considering asking my employer to just direct deposit my paycheck straight to her. ​We are officially addicted. Her bread is so delicious has become a line item in our monthly budget. If you want the best bread of your life and don't mind living in a house made of sourdough crumbs, Jackie is your person. Highly recommended !!!
