J.Dough and Co. started in a college apartment between study sessions and finding a new hobby. I am a full time college student and a full time RBT while also being a dog mom to Emerson. This Sourdough adventure, a product of a wildly persistent starter named Janet, is the result of late nights and lots of trial loafs. Every loaf is made in small personalized batches with only simple ingredients and lots of love.
