Presentation was phenomenal. However the cake could have being a little more moist. Other than that great customer service cooperation and communication. Also timely delivery.

This was my first time placing a cake order with J.a.mcakesllc and she did not disappoint. The owner was very professional and accommodating from the moment I put the cake request online and from the time of pickup. The best part is, the cake was delicious!!! What amazing good fortune to meet this Baker! Wow, that’s all I can say wow! Every ask brought - my dream for my family‘s birthday celebration to fruition! How many people do you know that can bake, design, deliver and execute a dream …. and you’re not even in the same state that they are in! I’m in California. She’s in Florida! Communication on point! Took me along the way as she went! Sent pictures, asked the right questions at the right time. Excellent advisement- brought things to my attention that I wasn’t even thinking about ! Sent a picture of the soccer confetti birthday cake we wanted and Donna executed to perfection. It was delicious as well. Everyone loved it!

Everything about ordering the cake was easy. I changed my mind about a few things but Donna worked with me. It was ready on time. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. Very moist and perfect! Cannot wait for my next cake!
