PICK UP REQUIREMENTS*

Please select a time and date that you can commit to. The date you put as due date is the date the order will be ready. Please select a date and time according to your needs. Weekday pickups are between 4:30 and 8pm. Weekend pickups are between 12pm and 3pm. Please carefully consider your pick up date for your event according to pickup timeframes. Whatever date and time that u select please be able to adhere to. ❤️✨delivery fee $10✨

When placing your order please includes all details: Date and time, how many guest your serving, inspiration photos that you may upload or send through text(Photos are used for inspiration only, orders will not be exact) and specify pick up or delivery.

DEPOSITS:

All orders require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order to reserve your date and consider our engagement a contract for services to be rendered(hereinafter, “Order). If it’s 48 hours and deposit is not received your order will be cancelled. No order will be booked or prepared until your DEPOSIT has been received. Please confirm that all information is correct on the invoice prior to paying your deposit. Deposits are only refunded if It’s the Sweetest Thing, cannot perform the services that’s agreed upon.

Please note that once deposit is paid, you ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF It’s the Sweetest Thing’s terms and conditions

FINAL PAYMENT:

The remaining balance for your order is due 2 days prior to pick up or delivery. Your order will not be provided if payment is not received on or before such date, resulting in the cancellation of your order.

Cookie/Cupcake order and design changes:

Design changes are accepted up to 7 days prior to the schedule event date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees

It’s the Sweetest Thing reserves the right to use photographs for advertising purposes. We will not disclose the identity of clients(photographs of people, last names, event details and or contract details) without permission.

PICK UP/DELIVERY/LATE FEE:

Orders are for pick up only unless you’ve requested and paid for delivery.

It’s the Sweetest Thing will not meet or deliver without paying a fee. You or the person you choose to pick up and set up your order will assume all liability and responsibility for its conditions once it had left our possession. It’s the Sweetest Thing is not liable for any damages due to Negligence or improper handling(including collapsed, broken, marks, smudges, and etc.) once your order has been picked up or delivered. You are responsible for providing a suitable environment for your order(away from heaters, direct sunlight, humidity, and etc.). You will receive care instructions prior to receiving your order as well as a “Cookie CARE” label located inside of your box.

The pick up location will be near Reynoldsburg, Ohio area. The precise address will be provided once order is booked. Please be considerate of your scheduled pick up time. Late arrivals must understand that It’s the Sweetest Thing reserves the right to leave if the agreed upon time is not honored by the customer.

A late fee will be applied to late pickups:

$10 for 30 minutes past pick up time

$20 for 60 minutes past pick up time

** LATE FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE RELEASE YOUR ORDER.**

Common allergens in cookies: wheat, eggs, milk. While ingredients do not contain tree nuts, some products used are packaged in the same facility as tree nuts.
