I recently purchased a Biscoff pound cake, and let me tell you… this cake did NOT come to play. From the moment I opened the box, the smell alone had me ready to risk it all. The texture was rich, moist, and buttery. Exactly what a pound cake should be, but that Biscoff flavor took it to a whole new level.  The caramel spice notes were perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy, just that warm cookie goodness in every slice. The top had that slight Biscoff crunch, and the inside was soft enough to make you close your eyes on the first bite.
