Custom cakes take a 2 week lead time (minimum) and require full payment at the time of ordering.

Cancellation Policy:

If custom cake order is canceled within 24 hours: a full refund will be issued.

If custom cake order is canceled at least 7 days before the due date: a 50% refund will be issued.

If custom cake order is canceled with less than 7 days of the due date: 25% refund will be issued.

If cancelled within 48 hours of the due date: zero ($0) refund will be issued. You forfeit 100% of your payment towards the cake since the cake will have already been prepared and ingredients purchased and used.

Details:

6 Inch 3layer cakes are recommended since the cake is soft and moist. (Remember the cake does not have eggs nor dairy milk).
