Can cookies be frozen?
Our cookies freeze like little flavor time capsules for a few months! Just keep them wrapped tight and tucked inside an airtight container in the freezer. When you’re ready, thaw the whole container for 2–3 hours before opening—no microwaving, please!
Are allergy friendly, vegan and gluten free options available?
At this time, we do not offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options, as all cookies are baked in my home cottage kitchen where cross-contamination is possible—though we do our absolute best to avoid it. I want to be upfront to keep everyone safe and informed! Gluten friendly is available.
Do cookies come individually wrapped?
✨ Yep! Each cookie is lovingly tucked into its own little wrapper (unless otherwise noted), heat sealed for maximum freshness, and topped off with an ingredients label on the back—because delicious and transparent is how we roll. 🍪💌 In the few circumstances that wrapping isn't best for your desired cookies we will discuss other alternative options.
How do I pay my invoice?
Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed availability, you’ll get an invoice from invoice@bakesy.app
On that invoice, you can pay however your heart (and sweet tooth) desires—credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. Easy peasy, cookie squeezy! 🍪✨
