Is a deposit required?
Yes! A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders to secure your booking date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your order completion date for Celebration cakes and 3 weeks prior to your order completion date for weddings. Failure to complete payment by the due date will result in a $100 late fee and/or result in order cancellation.
How much are your cakes?
Pricing varies based on size, servings, design details, flavor selections, and customization. Wedding cakes start at $10 per serving.
How much notice do you need?
Celebration cakes require at least 3 days notice when availability allows. Wedding cakes should be booked at least 1 month in advance.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location and setup requirements.
Do you make treats besides cakes?
Absolutely! We offer cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake jars, dessert bars, charcuterie options, and more.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Every order is customized to match your vision, theme, colors, and event style.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, tasting boxes are available for weddings and select events for an additional fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic payments and invoicing for your convenience.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds and cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on order status and timing.
