Yes, a 50% deposit is require to hold the space on my calendar. Deposit is to be made after receiving the invoice.

Yes, a minimum of 1 dozen of cookies. Unless it is a special that is being offered like a pre sale offer.

Is there a cancellation policy
Yes, to cancel your order it must be with in 7 days of the due date. The 50% non refundable deposit will not be returned. If paid in full before the final due date and you need to cancel within the allowed 7 days a refund will be given minus the deposit.
Refund for cancel of cookie class
There is a refund if I cancel the cookie class within in 7 days of the class. I will also cancel a class on the final day of sign ups or before for circumstances beyond my control or not enough sign ups to warrant the class.
If you cancel. It MUST be before 7 days prior to the class u will get a full refund.
HOWEVER, any cancelation within the 7 days or less you will get a partial refund. The reason is, funds received for the class are used for purchase of ingredients, equipment needed for the class and payment for the venue.
