To secure your spot on my calendar, I require full payment upfront. This ensures that your custom order is officially placed in my production schedule. Please note that I specialize in tailored products, which cannot be resold if a client doesn’t follow through with pickup. Your payment confirms your commitment, allowing me to dedicate time and resources to crafting your unique cookies.

In the event that I am able to accommodate orders submitted less than 3 weeks prior to pickup date or orders needed for a date I am already booked, a 25% accommodation fee will be added.

Custom orders and any payments made are nonrefundable.

I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and credit card upon request. Please note there is a 4% fee for using card.

Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours of the accepted invoice, your invoice will be canceled to ensure timely processing of other orders.
