Hi and welcome to I Bakes You Create We Bake

My name is Izzy and I am a 13 year old who has always had a passion for baking personalised buttercream birthday /occasioncakes and sweet treats.

I started baking for family and friends a couple of years ago with my mum and have progressed so much that my Dad &Mum set up I- Bakes for me as a Christmas Present this year and I am so excited to be able to bake delicious cakes and sweet treats for you all.

Unfortunately I only do buttercream cakes at the moment but I am trying to learn Fondant art and will update pages accordingly if I master this .

Please understand that I am not a professional but have had lots of fantastic compliments on my work.

I have also completed and passed my Food Safety Level 2 with flying colours (100% marks) and have Public & Product Liability Insurance .
