•DELIVERY IS MAINLY AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS ❗WEEKDAY DELIVERIES MAY BE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON MY SCHEDULE (PLEASE ASK WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER).

•DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE.

ᴀᴅᴠᴀɴᴄᴇ ɴᴏᴛɪᴄᴇ 🛒

• ALL orders require at least 1 day notice. Same-day orders are ONLY available for Candy Ice Cups & Cool Cups depending on availability. If the date appears open after the deadline time, do not place an order for that same day. Orders placed as a same day order will automatically move to the next available date.

• Large orders (5 items or more) require at least 3 days notice. ❗️🍭 Certain specialty/custom items may require 2+ days notice and the website will automatically adjust the due date to the proper available date.

• Orders placed after 10:00 PM will automatically move to the next available date. 🚫 If you order for a date when I’m offering special items not listed on the website, your order will be automatically rescheduled. ❤️

• If there’s an issue with your order, it can be remade and resolved with you. Once an agreement is made on an order, pickup time, or reschedule, it cannot be changed, as arrangements have already been made.

❄️ ᴛʀᴇᴀᴛ ꜱᴛᴏʀᴀɢᴇ & ᴘᴀᴄᴋᴀɢɪɴɢ

• All treats must be frozen to maintain quality , it may have melting but that’s expected . All treats are frozen upon pickup & delivery so they don’t have excessive melting while you’re driving to your destination

• Depending on your order size, packaging may vary and may be placed in containers for added protection. Some not all Items are placed in ziplock bags to help prevent melting 🍭

🍓 ᴄᴜꜱᴛᴏᴍ ʙᴇʀʀɪᴇꜱ ᴘᴏʟɪᴄʏ

• Any extra toppings (Turtle, Fruity Pebbles, or anything outside of standard chocolate-dipped strawberries) such as any wording ir detailed customization will include a $6 fee.

• Custom strawberries/ breakable hearts must be ordered at least a week to 3 days in advance. Sales are for menu items only custom berries etc are extra and not discounted.

• If approved, specific pickup/delivery times may not be available (I will do my best to provide a general timeframe).

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering (100% deposit).

• Refunds are only issued if I cancel the order. Once I’ve already prepped or purchased ingredients for your order, a refund can’t be processed. you’re welcome to reschedule your pickup for another date and time that works for you.

• Using CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, & Apple Pay will include a $1 processing fee. NO CASH 🚫

🛍 ᴘɪᴄᴋᴜᴘ ᴘᴏʟɪᴄʏ

When you choose an in-between time, I’ll send your confirmed pickup time once I begin preparing your order ⏰ To keep everything organized, I now use a pickup bin system:

• Only one order will be placed in the pickup bin at a time. I will not place your order in the bin until I know you are on the way. This ensures no one else can take your order.

• Please arrive on time. A 10-min grace period is allowed. 🚗 After that, if I haven’t

received notice from you, it will be considered a no-call, no-show & no refund will be issued. PICKUP TIME ENDS AT 7:30

• Orders are held for 24hrs only & must be collected the next day. Communication is essential if you reach out in advance, I will work with you. After 24hrs it must be repurchased

• I will send you my ETA when I am about 5 mins away. For efficiency, I kindly ask that you come outside & grab your delivery order also I asked that you’d be patient because I can’t text and drive. I will send updates when I am closer to your address.

• Apartment deliveries must provide clear directions . Sometimes addresses are misleading so, customers are required to meet outside or direct me to their exact location. Please include what you are wearing for easy identification.

•You will have 5 minutes to acknowledge my arrival message before I leave your order at your doorstep. Delivery fees are based on time & mileage.

NOTE: WHEN ORDERING LARGE AMOUNTS OF FRUIT OR A FULL PLATTER, POP ROCKS WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE SINCE THE PACKS ARE SMALL AND I HAVE TO BUY MORE TO COVER EVERYTHING EVENLY. 💗✨

– Pickup & Delivery

Due to unpredictable weather conditions in Baton Rouge, especially during flood watches, I prioritize safety for both you and myself. If severe weather (like heavy rain, thunderstorms, or flood alerts) is expected, I may delay or reschedule pickups and deliveries. 🚗

In case of bad weather, orders may be delayed for safety reasons. As ingredients are freshly purchased and orders are custom-made, refunds can't be guaranteed.🛒
