Hello! I am Veronika Garcia Owner/ Baker Of Hotcakez Baking Company a local insured licensed cottage traveling bakery located in Prescott Arizona. I have been in the culinary hospitality world since I was a little girl. Mastering the culinary culture for almost 20 Years.
We specialize in custom gourmet desserts as a Pop up Bakery in Northern Arizona. Our target is community based as we enjoy giving back to our local foster youth including Yavapai Big Brother Big Sister Foundation and Yavapai Casa For Kids and other nonprofit local agencies. HBC takes pride in expanding our partnership with our local communities in every aspect such as feeding our poverty stricken families. Find us at Prescott Empty Bowls every year as we feed our community and help raise money for our local community food banks every September. We are much more than a bakery but more about community, passion and support. We love and appreciate you! ❤️
