Policies
Disclaimer
Allergens: Products are made in a home kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items. Customers with allergies should not consume our products.
Pre-Orders Only: All items are made fresh to order. Orders must be placed in advance and are available for pickup on the scheduled day only.
Designs & Customization: Prices cover standard/basic designs. Add-ons (toppers, edible images, detailed decorations) are available at an additional cost after consultation.
Deposits & Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all cake orders. Full payment is due 1 week before pickup. For small chops, full payment is required at the time of order.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled at least 7 days in advance will be refunded, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are non-refundable.
Order Changes: Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance and may not always be possible.
Late Pickup: Orders must be collected at the agreed time. HoneeBitez is not responsible for quality issues or uncollected items after the scheduled time.
Transportation & Handling: Once items leave our premises, we are not responsible for damage during transit or mishandling. Please transport cakes level and with care.
Storage & Consumption: Products are best enjoyed fresh. Please follow storage instructions provided. We are not responsible for product quality once items have left our premises.
Taste & Texture: As all goods are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur. These do not affect taste or quality.
Weather/Heat Disclaimer: Keep cakes and cupcakes cool. We are not responsible for melting or heat damage after pickup.
Small Chops: Best enjoyed fresh. Texture may change if reheated or stored for long periods.
Photography: HoneeBitez reserves the right to photograph products for marketing and social media purposes (customer details will never be shared).
Liability: By placing an order, customers agree to these terms. HoneeBitez is not liable for allergic reactions, mishandling after pickup, or failure to follow care instructions
