Custom Cookies: • $38 per dozen – simple designs • $45 per dozen – moderate detail • $55+ per dozen – detailed/custom themes DIY Cookie Kits: • 6-cookie kit: $15 • 12-cookie kit: $25 (Blank cookies, icing bags & sprinkles included) Final pricing may vary based on design complexity and custom requests. 3. How far in advance should I place an order? Please place custom orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Holiday dates book quickly — the earlier the better! 4. Do you require a deposit? Yes — full payment is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. 5. When is full payment due? Full payment is required at the time of booking. 6. Do you offer shipping? No — I currently offer local pickup only in Inwood, WV. 7. How are the cookies packaged? Cookies are heat-sealed in individual bakery bags for freshness, then placed in a bakery box. They stay fresh, protected, and are ready for gifting. 8. Are your cookies allergen-friendly? My kitchen is not allergen-free. Products may contain or come into contact with gluten, dairy, eggs, or nuts. 9. Can I send inspiration photos? Yes! You can send themes, colors, or inspiration pictures. I do not copy another baker’s work exactly, but I can match the style. 10. What is your cancellation policy? All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may receive a partial credit toward a future order. 11. Do you offer DIY cookie kits? Yes! DIY kits include blank cookies, icing bags, sprinkles, and instructions. 12. How long do the cookies stay fresh? Cookies in sealed bakery bags stay fresh 4–5 days at room temperature. They can also be frozen for 2–3 months (thaw completely before opening the bag). 13. Do you accept rush orders? Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule. A $15–$25 rush fee may apply. 14. What payment methods do you accept? Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and card payments through Bakesy.
