3. Do you offer gluten-free products?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options crafted with certified gluten-free ingredients. However, these items are made in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination may occur.
4. How should I store your baked goods?
• Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
• Cakes: Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 7 days or freeze for longer freshness.
We recommend letting our treats reach room temperature before serving for optimal flavor.
5. What is your minimum order requirement?
• Minimum Order for Pickup: A half-dozen cookies or $20.
• Minimum Order for Delivery: $25 for local deliveries, with larger minimums depending on delivery distance.
6. Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 30-mile radius:
• 0-10 miles: $5 fee, $25 minimum.
• 11-20 miles: $10 fee, $50 minimum.
• 21-30 miles: $15 fee, $75 minimum.
Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within this radius.
7. Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders for birthdays, holidays, and events. Please allow 7 days’ notice to ensure availability and customization.
8. Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We offer in-state (Georgia, USA) shipping, but we’re working on expanding to include shipping for select products in the near future.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Contactless Delivery via Square Cash tap by phone option. Also, we accept credit/debit cards, online payment on our Bakesy Storefront and PayPal services. Payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.
