What if I need to cancel with less than 7 days left prior to pick up/delivery?
Any cancellations with less than 7 days of notice will receive a partial refund of 50%
* Any last minute (less than 7 days) attempts at changes or cancellations will be taken into consideration case-by-case according to what has already been purchased and how far along I am in the process. I will do my best to serve your unique needs, but cannot accommodate any financial losses on my end due to requests made later than the 7 day posted policy.
When is my payment due?
FULL payment is due 7 days prior to pick up. Any orders with a balance due 7 days prior to order completion will be considered cancelled orders, with any prior payments made fully refunded
How early should I place my order?
Orders must be placed AT LEAST 14 days prior to pick up or delivery.
How does my pick up time frame work?
We will determine a one-hour pick up time frame together in advance.
Any order not picked up within the chosen one hour time frame will need to arrange with me another pick up time which may or may not suit your needs. Please be VERY diligent in choosing your pick up time frame and arriving within that one hour frame.
How does the delivery time frame work?
For deliveries, I will offer a one hour time frame (which will be agreed upon at least 7 days prior).
* If nobody is present upon delivery I will first attempt to contact my customer by phone and will wait no longer than 15 minutes after I arrive before leaving the item in a safe area or bringing back with me if no safe area is apparent. You MUST have someone present and waiting for the entire one hour time frame. I will arrive at any point during that hour.
What if something happens to my order after delivery or pickup?
I am not responsible for any baked good once it has been delivered or picked up. If any accident occurs once it is out of my hands, I will do everything in my power to assist based upon my availability and abilities. Please understand that I cannot be financially responsible for errors that happen once an item is no longer in my possession.
Are you a home baker?
That's right, I am! I ran a brick and mortar shop for years in the Arizona valley, but now I am a mom first and a treat designer second.
Avoiding a high rental fee for an established shop and a staff to employ allows me to keep prices as low as possible! These two costs were my highest expense as a previous larger business owner.
I have been certified two times over as a ServSafe worker and am aware of what standards need to be met in a commercial kitchen. I will always put you and your guest's safety at the highest priority when it comes to working on your order.
