Erin makes the best sourdough our family has ever had. We are weekly returning customers from the bread to the baked goods and even the pizza dough. We are truly addicted. I have even gifted to family and friends, her bread and have been told that it is the best by far. Not only is she a rockstar in the kitchen, but she is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met!!

This bread is devine. Perfect soft inside with a toasted crust. The flavor is on point. My whole family loves it. The kids would probably eat the whole loaf in one go if I let them.

Small batch orders make it feel exclusive and this truly is the best quality of product.

Today I ordered a cheddar jalapeño sourdough bread. It is amazing. It has lots of jalapeños and cheddar with just the right amount of each. It is soft and delicious.

Every loaf we’ve received from Erin has been perfect and so delicious! From the classic plain sourdough to the creatively shaped pumpkin bread to the focaccia, they all have been top-notch. She’s also a lovely person to work with. Highly recommended.

The best

This was my first time ordering from Erin. I ordered, sour dough cinnamon and raisin bread, sour dough plain bread and focaccia bread. Wow! That best we have ever had. Don’t hesitate to order from Erin. You won’t be disappointed. We have finally found our favorite baker in Red Deer. We are now regulars. Thank you, Erin.

A beautiful crust on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, this sourdough has a perfect balance of flavour with a subtle, satisfying tang. Delicious on its own or with butter, it’s clearly made with care and tastes wonderful. On top of that, Erin is incredibly kind and friendly, which makes supporting her even more rewarding. Highly recommend!

Best baked goods I’ve ever had ! I just can’t stop myself from trying everything ! I have now purchased every item Erin sells . The three sourdough loaf flavours , buns, English muffins and most recently the pumpkin muffins . Every time I see a new item pop up on her menu I know I need to try it ! I love how she tries to use local ingredients and keeps the ingredient list short ! The art work on the sourdough loafs and even the packaging of the goodies are just so beautiful ! You can just see and taste the love she puts into her work ! I can’t wait to pick up my next order and to see what’s on the menu next ❤️
