Deposits & Payments

• A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed.

• Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or for orders that are not picked up.

• Remaining balance is due at pickup.

• We currently accept Venmo, Paypal, Cash App & Zelle

Pickup Information

• Pickup only at this time.

• The pickup address will be sent the morning of pickup.

• Pickups must be scheduled between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Orders must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time.

Late Pickup Policy:

•Please communicate if you are running late.

• Orders not picked up within the agreed pickup window may be subject to cancellation or disposal without refund.

Care Instructions

• Once an order has been picked up, we are no longer responsible for damage caused during transport, storage, or handling.
