Hollie managed to fit me in at rather short notice (understatement) but managed to make a stunning cake for my husband's surprise 70th. People were stunned at how real the wine cask looked. Some expected that it was a container of sorts with a cake inside and were amazed that the whole thing was edible. It didn't just look amazing. The cake didn't disappoint. Beautiful moist mud cake.

My husband could not stop smiling when he saw such a very fine cake resting on our kitchen bench. Not only did this mars bar mud cake look incredible on the outside but the perfectly even layers inside were also loaded with mars bar pieces and caramel. I love that Hollie’s cakes are made from scratch. I regretted being so generous when I shared out the leftovers. Should have kept more for ourselves

Hollie has done many cakes for many of my events! And since making a comeback, she picked up right where she left off! Hollie is prompt at replying and getting the quote to you, well priced and overall excellent to deal with! And her cakes taste amazing! Highly recommend! 10/10!
