How far in advance should I order? Is there a fee for rush orders?
Cookie Cakes and Half & Full Dozens:
Minimum 2 days’ notice (a week is best). Last minute requests aren’t guaranteed, but I’ll always try! No rush fee if accepted.
Weekly Cookie Presale:
Orders are open Sunday through Wednesday each week for pickup the following Saturday.
Do you offer delivery?
Cookie Cakes and Half & Full Dozens:
Yes! Delivery is available within Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties. Delivery fees vary depending on location, usually ranging from $10-$20; just add the address to your order request and I will provide a total in your quote.
Weekly Cookie Presale:
Delivery is not available for presale orders to help ensure enough time for all scheduled pickups.
Can I order cookies and cookie cakes at the same time?
Cookie cakes and Half & Full Dozens can be combined in the same order (perfect if they’re for the same event!)
Preorder cookies need to be ordered separately for accurate invoicing. Thank you!
When is payment due?
Cookie Cakes:
A 50% deposit is due once I accept your order to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.
Weekly Cookie Presale and Half & Full Dozens:
Full payment is due at the time of ordering, upon receipt of invoice.
What happens if I’m late?
I understand things happen! There’s a 15-minute grace period for late pickups. After that, it’s $5 per additional 15 minutes to help keep things running smoothly for all orders. If you need to reschedule your pickup, please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks for understanding!
What forms of payment do you accept?
Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle
Can I change my order?
Changes depend on whether they’re still possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but if production has already started, changes may not be possible.
What is your refund policy? Can I cancel my order?
Cookie Cakes:
You’re welcome to cancel at any time, but please note the 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Pickup may be rescheduled under certain circumstances. Other refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Weekly Cookie Presale:
Payment is nonrefundable, but pickup may be rescheduled under certain circumstances.
Half & Full Dozens:
Payment is due in full at booking and is nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling or partial credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you accommodate allergies or offer vegan/gluten-free options?
I work in a home kitchen where common allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs are present, so I can’t guarantee any order is completely allergen-free. Because of this, I don’t offer allergy-free bakes or make allergen-free accommodations. I also don’t currently offer vegan or gluten-free options. If you or your guests have severe allergies or specific dietary needs, please keep this in mind when ordering.
What details should I include for custom designs?
The more the better! Please share colors, accents, themes, and inspiration photos.
Can I share photos of my order? Will you post it on social media?
Yes, please do! I love when customers share photos of their orders; it truly helps my small business and means a lot. I also often share photos of finished orders on my own social media, but it’s not guaranteed for every order. If you’d like me to share your order (or prefer that I don’t), just let me know!
