Each edge must be carefully carved, iced, & smoothed to keep the star design clean & sharp. Because of the detailed work involved, star cakes must be booked at least one week in advance, & are priced higher than standard round cakes to reflect the time, skill, & labor that goes into each one. To help maintain the clean star shape, please keep your cake refrigerated or in a cool area for as long as possible before your event. If the cake starts to melt in warm temperatures, it may soften the edges & affect the structure of the star design. What started as a passion for making sweet treats has grown into a thriving custom dessert business built from hard work, creativity, & sweetness. I specialize in custom cakes, chocolate dipped treats, party catering treats (baby showers, birthday parties, weddings etc.) & much more !!
Capabilities & Pricing
Heavenonsweetss – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Heavenonsweetss! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ordering & Rush Orders
• All custom orders must be placed at least one (1) week in advance.
• Rush orders (less than 7 days’ notice) are subject to availability and may include an added rush fee.
• Please message us directly to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
2. Deposits & Payments
• A 30% deposit is required to secure all custom orders.
• Deposits are refundable only if the order is canceled within 72 hours of being placed. After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
• Final payment is due by 9:00 AM on the pickup or delivery date.
• For custom party orders, final payment is due by 10:00 PM the night before pickup or delivery.
• No order will be completed or released without full payment.
3. Specialty Items
• Specialty items include treats like cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and other baked goods sold individually or in small quantities (not custom orders).
• All specialty items must be paid for and picked up within 48 hours of ordering.
• If you cannot pick up within 48 hours, a $10 order minimum (before delivery) is required, plus a delivery fee.
• Specialty items are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.
• Prices are subject to change depending on ingredient and supply costs.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the order due date to be eligible for a partial refund, only if ingredients or supplies have not yet been purchased.
• If supplies or ingredients have already been purchased, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
• No deposit refunds will be given if cake prep has already started and you cancel within 48 hours of the order due date.
• No refunds will be issued once an order is picked up or delivered.
5. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup location is included on your invoice—please check it before your scheduled pickup.
• Local (Somerset, Nj) delivery fee starts at $5, with additional fees based on distance.
• Once a cake or treat has been picked up or delivered, Heavenonsweetss is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or storage issues.
• Please handle your order with care and follow any storage or transportation instructions provided.
6. Allergens
• All items may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
• Customers are responsible for informing consumers of any potential allergens.
• Heavenonsweetss is not liable for allergic reactions.
7. Design & Creative Disclaimer
• All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly in design or color from inspiration photos or previous orders.
• We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments based on availability and artistic discretion.
8. Marketing & Social Media
• Heavenonsweetss may photograph and share your order for promotional purposes.
9. Promotions & Discounts
Review Discount
• Leave a review after your order and receive 15% off your next purchase.
• Discount is applied once the review is confirmed. One review discount per order.
Referral Discount
• Refer a friend and receive 15% off your next order when they book.
• Both you and your friend must mention the referral at the time of booking to qualify.
• Discount is applied after the referred order is completed and paid. One referral discount per order.
