1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through the Bakesy App. Simply select your desired items, choose a pick-up date, and complete your order.
2. What is the lead time for orders?
All orders require a 3-day lead time to allow for the slow fermentation process that gives sourdough its unique flavor and texture.
3. Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?
At this time, all baked goods are made fresh to order, and we are unable to accommodate same-day or next-day requests.
4. Where do I pick up my order?
Pick-up details will be provided upon ordering. Please ensure you arrive during the designated pick-up window.
5. Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we do not offer delivery. All orders are for local pick-up only.
6. Do you offer custom flavors or special orders?
I love experimenting with flavors. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
7. Are your products dairy-free or vegan?
Some items may contain dairy or eggs. If you have dietary restrictions, please check individual product descriptions before ordering.
8. How should I store my sourdough bread?
For best results, store your bread in a paper bag, airtight container, or covered cake plate at room temperature. If you won’t be eating it within a few days, you can slice and freeze it for longer storage.
9. How should I store cinnamon rolls?
Cinnamon rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer freshness, refrigerate and warm before serving.
10. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Since all items are made to order, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted once production has begun. Please reach out if you have any concerns with your order.
