🎂 Booking

Please place orders 1-2 weeks in advance when possible. Popular dates fill quickly, so booking early is always recommended.

💳 Payment

All orders must be paid in full on the day of booking to reserve your date. I no longer accept deposits. Dates are not held without payment and orders are booked on a first come, first served basis.

⚡ Rush Orders

Need something sweet on short notice? Orders placed within 48 hours of pickup are subject to a $30 rush fee and are accepted based on availability.

📦 Nationwide Shipping

We proudly ship edible images nationwide! Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

🎨 Inspiration Photos

I love inspiration photos! They help me understand your vision. While I don’t create exact replicas, I’ll use them as inspiration and add my own creative touch.

⏰ Pickup

Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you’re running late, just send me a message. Communication is always appreciated!

🛒 Rental Policy

A $100 refundable security deposit is required for all snack bar and cake bar rentals.

The deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours after the rental is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be clean, damage-free, and with all rental items accounted for.

Damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, or late returns may result in deductions from the security deposit. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the remaining balance.

☀️ Cake Care

Once your order leaves my hands, it becomes your responsibility. Please transport cakes in an air-conditioned vehicle and keep them away from direct heat and sunlight. Haus of Sweet’z & Thing’z is not responsible for damage after pickup.

🌾 Allergy Notice

My home kitchen is not allergen-free and may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

💗 Refund Policy

Because all orders are custom-made, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, changes of mind, or lack of communication.

I reserve the right to photograph and share my work on social media unless otherwise requested.
