Why do my cookies arrive chilled?
To protect freshness and prevent melting, cookies may be shipped chilled. Simply allow them to come to room temperature or warm briefly before enjoying.
How do I reheat my cookies?
Let cookies sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or microwave one cookie for 8–12 seconds for a warm, gooey treat.
Do you accommodate allergies?
We do our best, but please note: all items are made in a home kitchen that may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
What happens if I miss my pickup?
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up on time may be forfeited without refund.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. No refunds or returns once an order is placed.
Is there a minimum order?

When do cookies ship?
All cookie orders ship Mondays–Wednesdays to ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays.
What if I order after Wednesday?
Any orders placed after Wednesday will automatically ship the following Monday.
This helps prevent cookies from sitting in transit over the weekend.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1–2 business days once your order is sent out. Tracking information will be provided.
Do I need to refrigerate my cookies?
Some flavors may contain cream cheese drizzle. Those cookies should be refrigerated after 24 hours. Storage instructions are included with every order.
Do you off Pick up?
Pickup Policy
Pickup is available Saturdays only due to my regular 9–5 schedule. This helps ensure every order receives the time and care it deserves.
Rush or same-day orders may be available depending on availability and will include an additional rush fee.
